"This is a neat little pair of weights.
At 1kg each they're obviously not pumping iron-level weights, and aren't intended to be, but they're perfect for gentle resistance and toning work.
The silicone is so comfortable in the hand, smooth yet grippy, and despite the design of the arch being the 'handle' itself it feels very natural. They're so comfy they can effectively be forgotten about while you're holding them.

You get 2 of them, 1kg each, and the curved arch shape sits naturally in the hand, so there is no gripping tightly the way I do with a straight dumbbell.
I have been taking them out on my morning walks to give my arms something to do, and I have used them for a few exercises at home as well. 1kg is a sensible weight for that sort of thing, enough to feel it without straining anything, and they are small enough to tuck away in a drawer afterwards."
