I ordered these hand weights in the stone colour, and they are a lovely looking pair of weights, more like something you would happily leave out on a shelf than the usual gym kit. You get 2 of them, 1kg each, and the curved arch shape sits naturally in the hand, so there is no gripping tightly the way I do with a straight dumbbell.The soft silicone coating feels smooth and slightly grippy, so they do not slip about even when my hands get warm, and underneath they feel solid and well balanced. I have been taking them out on my morning walks to give my arms something to do, and I have used them for a few exercises at home as well. 1kg is a sensible weight for that sort of thing, enough to feel it without straining anything, and they are small enough to tuck away in a drawer afterwards.Overall, I would say they are a comfortable little weights that make a walk, work harder.
